A Personal Approach
Growing up in a broken home, I struggled with bitterness and a deeply rooted belief I wasn’t lovable. In 2011, the Lord met me in a moment of pain, marking the beginning of my beautifully messy journey toward healing.
Over the past fourteen years, I’ve learned we all have an original design—the person we were born to be. The one without trauma, self-hatred, shame, or fear. The more I allow God to love me, the more I find myself returning to that original design. To the a person who is not a product of her environment. I am discover what it looks like to be whole and healthy, despite the hardships and pain I face.
I’m still discovering the depths of God's love for me. There is a fine line between introspection and emotional awareness. I do not want you to be introspective. Constantly analyzing every move you make. I want to help you acknowledge your emotions and allow those feelings to lead you into a conversation with God. You just may be surprised to hear what He has to say:)
